Scott Lester achieves ICE Fellowship
Technical Director Scott Lester has just gained Fellowship to the Institute of Civil Engineers! Becoming a Fellow is the highest tier of membership available for ICE practitioners and can only be achieved by the industry’s most prominent and talented members. It is then of course no surprise that Scott, with over 25 years’ experience, has reached this prestigious level.
Scott specialises in traffic and has a deep understanding of public transport, urban renewal, finance and project/programme management. Scott’s success in delivering engineering solutions is through building effective and positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from company directors, Chief Executives, Deputy Mayors, local Councillors and borough chief officers. His expertise allows for a strong business case from inception to delivery with the wide range of local authorities he is the project director for.
Becoming a fellow requires sponsorship from three other professionals, a concise breakdown of experience and skills, a personal development breakdown from the last three years and report based on the standards and practices of ICE. It is a remarkable achievement and well deserved. Well done Scott!
