Project Centre become a member of LCRIG
Our parent company, Marston Holdings, has gained membership to the Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG). The Group’s goal is to facilitate fresh thinking in innovation and collaboration and to act as a bridge between the industry and the community. Members include politicians, councils, suppliers, academics, and the media.
LCRIG also supports the Department for Transport, working in tandem to enable change through innovative techniques. This not only helps all of us to be more cost effective and efficient, but also ensures that we all work together to ensure that road users see improved highway services maintained to a standard that people expect and deserve.
We are excited to become an associate member of this fantastic organisation and we’re sure the innovations and techniques we learn from this collaboration will be vital to our future projects.
Keith Hanshaw, Client Services Director – Transportation, at Marston Holdings and Managing Director of Marston’s design and engineering consultancy, Project Centre, said:
“I am delighted that Marston Holdings has become an Associate Member of LCRIG and that we are now part of a network that encourages collaboration and innovation to keep our roads and highways safe, smart and sustainable.
As the UK’s largest provider of transportation and enforcement services, Marston’s deliver a comprehensive range of design, build and enforcement solutions to 280 local authorities across the country, and we are looking forward to sharing best practice, our experiences and knowledge with other industry experts. We are hugely excited by the opportunities the membership will bring for our people and look forward to working with the LCRIG community.”
