Relevant, targeted and identified training is available to all employees to ensure their skills are maintained and enhanced in line with technological and technical advances and so that customer service is continuously improved.



Project Centre aims to expand the skills of the staff in conjunction with national and regional policies and strategies whilst also considering the requirements of the clients.



Emphasis is placed on providing high quality professional service and enhancing specialist skills in all areas of work, also ensuring that the necessary standard of management and management systems are constantly improved and effective.



Further training is available to all levels of staff throughout their employment and senior employees are expected to undertake at least five days of training each year to assist their Continuing Professional Development
