The Scene was a high profile regeneration scheme for Waltham Forest Council. The development would provide new residential, a 9 screen cinema and 5 restaurants; thereby stimulating an evening economy.

Integral to the success of the scheme was the public realm surrounding the development which has been developed by Project Centre. It was a collaborative project ensuring synergy between the developer of the scheme and the refurbishment of the public realm to meet the Client’s regeneration aspirations.
