Second Electric Vehicle Interborough Workshop takes place
Tuesday 20 February saw us hold our second successful electric vehicle interborough workshop at Canary Wharf with councils from across London and the south-east.
We are big fans of electric vehicles and their technology, we have been (and currently still are) involved in a number of projects involving them. The event covered hot topics such as funding and pricing options as well as the process councils have to go through to get charge points on site.
The day saw discussions generated around the barriers and differences councils face (particularly inside and outside of London) and the driving factors behind the move to electric vehicles. Questions were also raised as to how electric vehicles might work with two tier authorities.
Case studies on the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Watford provided key insight at the workshop to help inform other councils’ thinking, decisions and processes. The workshop received excellent feedback and we’ll be holding a third in the future.
If you would like more information on electric vehicles please email us at email@example.com or give us a call on 0330 0080 855.
