Samer Muhandes joins our Flood and Water Management team
Our Flood and Water Management team has grown significantly in the past year and we’re pleased to welcome Samer Muhandes to the team.
Samer has more than 5 years’ experience in the water industry working in the UK and the Middle East. He has delivered several drainage designs and strategies for highways, railways and airports. He has also delivered Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) feasibility studies and detailed design and has worked on many 1D/2D hydraulic modelling projects using InfoWorks ICM/CS.
A highlight from his previous experience is the delivery of temporary and permanent drainage philosophy and design for crude oil pipeline project in Africa. This includes the drainage design for well pads, crude oil pipeline, haul roads and Central Processioning Facility.
Samer is also doing a PhD on The Interaction between SuDS and Groundwater at Imperial College London and has delivered drainage design lectures for undergraduate and masters students.
