Torbay Council

Torbay Council commissioned Project Centre to provide assistance for their DPE application to the Secretary of State. The brief included financial assessment, production of PR strategy, full public consultation, deployment strategy for DPE and the development of procedure notes for all stages of enforcement.

Project Centre carried out a financial feasibility study to ensure the DPE was financially robust and would remain self financing as well carrying out the whole application process with the Secretary of State for the SPA order. Project Centre also carried out EC procedures to procure both on-street enforcement and IT services for the borough.
