Project Centre’s Manchester Office Goes Live
We are delighted to announce that our Manchester office opened earlier this month, marking our first venture into the north. Andy Brookfield has started as our new Regional Director and will be running the office while previous PCL member Mathew Bush returns as a Traffic Consultant. Other team members include Stuart McIndoe as Project Director and our new Principal Traffic Engineer, Spencer Pritchard who will also be working from Manchester. We are very enthusiastic about our latest step forward, offering our professional expertise to a broader range of clients and locations. We wish everyone starting there well and hope to forge lasting relationships with our local peers.

Matt is a Traffic Consultant at Project Centre and re-joins us following a stint travelling. He is interested in transport planning, traffic design and the environment. Following completion of the PCL Graduate scheme, Matt has been involved in the design and delivery of numerous projects at the company covering a wide range of multidisciplinary schemes. Through his work Matt has gained a good understanding of traffic, parking, highway engineering, traffic modelling and transport planning principles. Currently a Graduate member of the CIHT, Matt is on the path towards becoming a chartered engineer.
Our new Regional Director, Andy Brookfield, has over 22 years’ experience in the traffic and transport planning field working on both private and public sector projects. His areas of expertise include many elements of transportation and highways works including development planning, the preparation of transport assessments and masterplan schemes, car park design, travel plans, highway infrastructure business case development, traffic management schemes, highways junction design and appraisal, public transport schemes, car park design and other transportation planning related work.
Having worked for a variety of private and public sector employers, he has developed an extensive range of skills and experience. He recently joined PCL following almost 3 years with Amey, previously based in Liverpool. He also previously worked at London Borough of Bromley, Sefton MBC and Wirral MBC amongst others. With 18 years industry experience, more specifically in traffic management, road safety and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects. During his career he has become a Incorporated Engineer with CIHT.
