Project Centre secures Kent Framework
We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed as a partner of Kent County Council through their new Highways, Transportation and Waste Professional Services Framework.
The three-year contract, with a possible one-year extension, will see Project Centre deliver highways, engineering and transportation projects, to support the Council in delivering its strategic objectives and better outcomes for Kent’s residents, communities and businesses.
Kent County Council’s Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport, Michael Payne, said: “This is good news for Kent. Through this new contract we can get access to the best technical advice and innovation in the industry at very competitive rates whilst helping local business.”
Project Centre’s Managing Director, Keith Hanshaw, commented: “I am delighted that we have been selected for Kent’s Professional Service Framework. Kent is seeing a wealth of investment and regeneration which will continue to transform the area into a thriving destination for residents and visitors, and we are proud to be playing our part. We have already been working on designs for Herne Relief Road, as well as social distancing measures for Margate, Gravesend, Ashford and Tonbridge and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Kent County Council and the district councils in future projects.”
As part of our growth aspirations for the south east, our Divisional Director, Mary Gillett, will shortly be opening an office in Ashford with a Highways and Transportation team based there. We are also recruiting to several vacancies which can be found on our website.
