Project Centre Promotions
We are continuously encouraging our teams to push their boundaries and expand their skills, both personally and professionally. From funding training to one on one mentorship, we pride ourselves on our willingness to aid our employees in their perpetual growth within our company.
As such, we are thrilled to announce that Muhammad Kassam, Hardeep ‘Sonny’ Dhand and Josh Le Boutiller have been promoted. Muhammad, whose projects include Watford Town Centre improvements and Grove Park, Lewisham, becomes a Project Engineer after honing his skillset with years of experience.
Likewise, Sonny has become a Principal Engineer for the Traffic team. With over nine years in the industry, Sonny has designed and implemented schemes in most areas of transport including traffic engineering, public realm, bus accessibility, signals, sustainable transport, parking and road safety.
With a promotion from Assistant Engineer to Engineer, Josh’s new role will include added responsibility for projects taking a more direct lead with stakeholders and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget, utilising resources effectively. The promotion has come around after being a key resource for successful delivery of Clarendon Road (Watford), Dartford Town Centre and Uxbridge High Street Phase 2.
Additionally, one of our Senior Lighting Engineers, Ross Sellen has become a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. With this status, Ross joins a prestigious community of the most innovative lighting engineers across the world. He receives the benefits of this institution through the in-depth support network and tools now available.
We are delighted to announce their achievements and hope to see others strive for greater accomplishments in the wake of these successes. ffffffff
