Project Centre joins the Merseytravel Framework
We are beyond thrilled to be announced as one of the businesses to secure a place on the Merseytravel framework. Merseytravel is a branch of Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and have dealt with the city’s public transport and road tunnel services for decades.
The framework involves a large array of disciplines while the focus will naturally be on Merseytravel, it will also be applicable to local authorities including, but not limited to, Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton, Halton, Wirral and St. Helens. Boasting a value of £250 million, the four-year framework is divided into 14 Lots ranging from rail engineering to marine-naval architectural services. We are proud to have been chosen as one of the teams for Lot 11 – Highways Infrastructure Consultancy. This will open up exclusive opportunities to work in Britain’s fifth largest metropolitan area. Currently planned are new park and ride schemes and Liverpool Central Station upgrades, but there is room for much more.
We are excited to see what opportunities await us moving forward.
