Our teams analyse designs and undertake condition assessments of structures such as major bridges and tunnels as well as highways structural elements which include:

n retaining walls
n culverts
n road structural elements
n subways
n utilities and drainage

We undertake site investigations to obtain surface and sub-surface information on the existing site which may include surveys for drainage, cellars, core holes, structural and condition survey of underground structures, electrical connections and survey of stats covers to manholes and draw pits.

We review statutory responses and produce composite utility drawings. These are analysed for areas of potential conflicts with proposed vertical alignment to identify services that may be affected by the design. If necessary, we can undertake trial excavations to verify the locations of services and assess any need to divert utilities or raise or lower service plant and equipment.
