Project Centre gives policy and strategy advice to public and private sector clients. Our work has contributed to policy documents and guidance including Core Strategies, Supplementary Planning Guidance and Local Development Frameworks (LDFs).

We are fully conversant with current transport planning and transport policies and are able to advise clients to make sure that their proposals and strategies are robust and comply with the relevant national, regional and local planning policies. Our specialist transport planning teams have supported public agencies and local authorities in formulating transport policy through research and carrying out consultations to ensure policy is relevant and meets the aspirations of the wider community.

For our developer clients, we have advised on the inclusion of specific sites in Local Development Frameworks, carrying out negotiations and justifications to satisfy planning authorities.  We can draw upon our other specialists in landscape design and modelling to ensure the case we present is robust and relevant to meeting the necessary planning objectives.
