Kevin has over 20 years experience in delivering private and public sector services, with a strong technical and managerial background in highways, transportation and civil engineering design and construction. He has experience of senior roles in contracting, consulting and service delivery organisations and now specialises in business leadership and programme management.

Clive is a chartered civil engineer with nearly 40 years experience in a variety of disciplines including the delivery and management of highways services, public lighting and energy procurement, on-street parking services, waste management and cleansing services, traffic management, structural engineering, sewerage and drainage, project management and a range of service procurements. |

David has 23 years experience as a chartered landscape architect and specialises in streetscape and urban design. David's understanding of urban lighting and traffic engineering informs his streetscape designs which have won four major awards in recent years.

Ian Hastings

Ian is a chartered civil engineer with over 35 years in both the public and private sectors and has been with Project Centre since 2004. He has considerable experience in the running of traffic engineering, road safety and transportation services and in the procurement and contract management of on/off-street car parking and parking / traffic enforcement operations. He has a sound background in project management and the provision of consultancy services across the transportation industry. |

Adam Cozens
Head of Client Services |
Adam was appointed Head of Client Services in 2012, and supports the Operations Director in developing business growth through framework contract management and maintaining existing project relations. Adam has a combined experience of 16 years in highways, transportation and private sector enterprise. He has a focus on developing and maintaining external relations, intercompany operations & project delivery, outsourced services and overall management of our teams of seconded staff. |

Jon Little
Head of Paking and Sustainable Transport |
Jon Little is an acknowledged expert in parking design and the introduction of car clubs and is regularly asked to give presentations to national conferences. Jon and his team have helped consult on and introduce over 500 car club parking bays across London, more than any other team in the UK. He recently led our team which successfully project managed the detailed design for the introduction of over 400 cycle hire docking stations across London. Prior to this, Jon worked in a partnership team at Islington Council where he the designed, consulted on and helped introduce Islington Council’s Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) programme and the matchday parking scheme for the Arsenal’s new Emirates Stadium. |

Ben has over 23 years of experience in both the public and private sector. His broad range of skills include project management, masterplanning, public realm scheme development, transport planning, engineering and safety auditing. Ben runs our Brighton office, undertaking a diverse range of projects for a wide variety of clients. |

Tim Mantle
Head of Traffic Engineering & Technology |
Tim is Head of Traffic Engineering & Technology at Project Centre, responsible for a team of traffic, signals, modelling and road safety engineers and their delivery programme and workload. Tim also develops new work opportunities and manages the traffic engineering and technology team on a day to day basis and is responsible for the teams’ annual budgets and financial targets. |
