Prior to joining Project Centre, Mark spent the majority of his career within local government, specialising in traffic, parking and CCTV and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects. |

He is an experienced chartered engineer who has broad experience in transport planning civil engineering, highways and traffic management gained work within the private and public sectors. |

Clive is a chartered civil engineer with over 30 years experience in a variety of disciplines including the delivery and management of highways services, public lighting and energy procurement, on-street parking services, waste management and cleansing services, traffic management, structural engineering, sewerage and drainage, project management and a range of service procurements. |
