Lucy Marstrand, Nick Ruxton-Boyle, Avisha Patel and Shweta Rattan to speak at TPM 2019
Several members of PCL have had their papers accepted by the Transport Practitioners Meeting in Oxford. Lucy Marstrand, one of our Senior Transport Planners, will be speaking on ‘Equal Streets? Accessibility, Equity, and Infrastructure: The Mayors Transport Strategy and Inequalities in London’. Nick Ruxton-Boyle, Technical Director, will be discussing ‘Hammersmith Bridge Zero Emission Zone’ under the topic of ‘Our Cities: Deep Breath’. Appropriately, ‘The New Network: Auckland, NZ’ will be delivered by New Zealand expatriate and Senior Transport Planner, Shweta Rattan. Last, but not least, Avisha Patel, Senior Manager, will present on ‘Building for an EV future: Parking site criteria tool’. All the presentations come from papers accepted by the transport conference and their authors will get the chance to debate and deliver their ideas at the TPM conference that runs from the 10 – 11th of July. In attendance will be many influential members of transport planners, highway engineers, place makers and urban transport designers who will utilise their expertise in collaboration and debate.
This is a wonderful opportunity and we are excited to listen to the interesting discussions bound to take place.
If you are interested in attending and want more information, you can book your place here: http://transportconference.co.uk/371-2/
