Daniel Hanshaw wins Young Parking Professional of the Year
Huge congratulations to Daniel Hanshaw who has won Young Parking Professional of the Year at the British Parking Awards 2018.
Dan joined the team in November 2011 as an apprentice and has become an integral member of the Parking team ever since. He has gained a wealth of experience over a short period of time and has risen through the ranks to become a Principal Consultant leading on a number of large parking projects for many local authorities.
Dan is a well-respected figure among colleagues within the parking industry. He is often sought out for advice and assistance by a number of local authorities. This ranges from Housing Managers to Heads of Service whom regularly come to him for support on a variety of parking schemes and issues.
Training and developing of young talent is important to Dan as he himself started as a trainee. He is keen to develop and retain young talent at Project Centre and actively encourages his staff to review their skill set and look at improving their skills through additional training and experience. His enthusiasm and drive inspires the next generation of parking experts and we look forward to seeing his career develop further.
Congratulations Dan and well done to all the other winners and finalists across all categories.
