We have an accredited quality management system and thorough project management processes. We are accredited to ISO9001:2008 standard and recently passed a successful external audit in August 2017 which included a readiness review for ISO9001:2015.

 

 

Our accreditation covers the provision of multi-disciplinary consultancy and contract management services to the public and private sectors. These include feasibility studies, detailed design and implementation in the areas of traffic and transportation, traffic technology, parking, urban design, asset management as well as highways and structural engineering. The accreditation ensures that project control is maintained throughout the entire service delivery cycle. Regardless of the nature of the work provided, the process remains consistent for management of the project lifecycle and approvals, as well as sign-off of design stages.

 

 

Innovation and client satisfaction are significant indicators of our success and we have an excellent history of coming up with new ideas, securing third party funding for our clients and then designing, implementing and appraising them prior to promoting them as best practice models. We measure client satisfaction for each of our schemes, learning how we can improve, with all the experience and feedback going through Project Centre’s continuous feedback process.

A key factor in client satisfaction is understanding and committing to the specifications and contract requirements that designs should meet the highest standards of accessibility and inclusion for all people regardless of disability, age or gender.

Recent feedback on our designs for Whipps Cross Roundabout from TfL (the project sponsor) is a testimony to our design credentials and adherence to standards.

 

 

» This scheme represents the type of transformational area change that the Mini-Holland programme was designed to support. In terms of compliance with the LCDS it scores higher than any other major signalised junction in London. It has the potential to score full marks on the junction assessment tool in that every movement will be easily navigated around the junction as cyclists are given their own time and space to cross on all arms.
