Hannah Richardson

Parking Consultant

Hannah has lived in London for five years and never gets bored of exploring! She loves finding real gems of museums, theatres and restaurants. Hannah also plays netball, badminton (but is truly terrible at tennis). She joined Project Centre in September 2017 and is really enjoying the variety in her work.

James Grimsdale

James is a BEng Civil Engineering Graduate, his dissertation focused on using carbon fibre reinforcement techniques on Southsea South Parade Pier involving Portsmouth City CounciI, South Parade Trust and a local contractor. He thoroughly enjoyed working on the project and looks forward to tackling new projects at Project Centre! In his free time he plays guitar and writes music.

Mibun Sharma

Parking Consultant

Mibun is currently working as a parking consultant. He is responsible for designing  of controlled parking zones, compliance checking of sign and line  and site survey for various parking schemes and design as well. He got skills in Autocad and Parkmap. He loves to watch football and tennis and in spare time loves to do DIY jobs.

Caitlin King

Assistant Transport Planner

Caitlin’s job is to assess the transport impact of new developments, ensuring that they integrate to their surrounding environment in the most effective and sustainable ways. She also assists in local transport improvement strategies.
In her spare time Caitlin is a keen cook, and loves hill walking in the Scottish highlands.

Camille Constantine

Office Administrator

Camille has settled in nicely as our office administrator at PCL. She’s from a far little island in the Caribbean called Jamaica! She studied media & journalism at Lewisham College & University of Westminster. Camille loves travelling – she’s been to Africa & Israel – Shalom everyone, that means hello/peace to you.

Nicholas Ruxton-Boyle

Technical Director

Technical Director

A transport planner, Nick works with clients ensuring their projects balance the needs of society, the economy and the environment. A CIHT ambassador and TPS director Nick enjoys developing colleagues on their professional qualification journey. Nick is also plays guitar in a rock n roll band.

Darren Gotch


Darren joined Project Centre as an Engineer in 2015 and enjoys the varied work. Away from work he has a large family that takes up most of his time. A level 2 football coach he has also set up a charity in Slough for all kids to be able to play.

David Pope

Principal Landscape Architect

Despite appearances, David loves a challenge. This is why he was driven to take up the piano last year with no previous musical training and is the cause of occasional periods of leaving the country in search of different life experiences. Further forays abroad are currently on hold while he explores SuDS and permaculture techniques in his edible garden

Ebenezer Harris

Principal Traffic Modeller

Ebenezer is a Chartered Engineer who joined us in 2009. He has over 15 years’ experience in the Transport Engineering Industry. He is mainly involved in traffic modelling to simulate traffic conditions to assess the road network capacity impacts of proposals. Outside work, he is very much into church activities and sport – football (Arsenal) and Formula 1 (Hamilton) his favourites.

Faith Coles

Transport Planner

Faith has worked in sustainable travel since graduating in 2008. She’s passionate about improving health and environment through encouraging active travel, always thinking up new initiatives to get people walking and cycling.
When she’s not wearing her shoes out walking, Faith enjoys exploring the world, both locally and globally, squeezing in as many trips as her annual leave will allow.

Geoff Waller

Associate Director Engineering

Geoff looks after the Engineering Team in Brighton and runs a number of Local Authority Frameworks delivering a wide range of Highway, Engineering and Public Realm schemes throughout the South East. Being based in the Brighton Geoff takes full advantage of the local independent coffee scene and is an amateur barista. Geoff also loves DIY and practices his skills for projects for friends and family.

George Godfrey

GIS Consultant

George has a background in GIS and cartography but has been involved in many other areas of work at Project Centre. These include parking, electric vehicle charging, flood risk and public consultation.

In his spare time George enjoys outdoor sports such as whitewater kayaking and rock climbing.

Hazel Game

Principal Traffic Orders Consultant

Hazel has 43 years experience of working with Traffic Orders and moved to Project Centre in 2003. Careers highlights include working on the Orders for the London Olympic and Paralympic Games. In her spare time Hazel helps at her local church, is a member of the local history society and likes country walks (especially if there is a pub at the end).

Hinesh Mehta

Senior Traffic Engineer

Hinesh is the world’s only Political Geographer turned Traffic Engineer. Holding degrees from the London School of Economics and University of Amsterdam, Hinesh does all things traffic at Project Centre including studies, assessments, designs, models, solutions and proposals. Outside of work Hinesh travels extensively, cooks extensively and strives extensively for a traffic free world.

Iain Grice

Civil Engineer

Iain is part of the engineering team at project centre and takes a pragmatic approach to achieve client goals in an effective manner. In his spare time Iain enjoys gaming and sports! He is captain of his Sunday league team and enjoys participating in social events.

Ian Chambers

CAD Technician

Ian is a CAD Technician in the Brighton office, he joined Project Centre in early 2017.

When he’s not doing nice drawings he’s a massive music geek and enjoys going to gigs and listening to music.

Imtiaz Ali

Project Accountant

Taz is an essential part of the Project Centre financial hub and one of our Project Accountants. He is one to keep on side to ensure your finance queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Outside of work Taz can be found in the studio with his friends creating music or exploring nature.

Jade Edwards Samuels


Jade likes to watch films, read books and keep active. She plays football and enjoys going to the gym a few times a week. This helps because I love to eat out and try lots of different foods. Jade hasn’t lived in London very long so likes to check out what there is to do in the city. She has been a Graduate Consultant at Project Centre for a year and currently work in the engineering team.

Jamie Nayar


Before joining Project Centre, Jamie completed a Masters in Civil Engineering at the University of Edinburgh, including a year of international study in New Zealand. His interests lie in sustainability, public realm design and future urban technologies. Combining his passions in graphic design, photography and architecture, Jamie enjoys taking a creative approach to all projects he’s involved in.

Jenna Burch


Jenna never really knows what to say, but doesn’t seem to stop her talking most of the time. Always up for any adventure (anything can be an adventure) including paintballing, go karting, bowling or anything with a bit of healthy competition. She loves the outdoors, the fresh air and the sun and, currently conquering Britain one beach at a time.

Jereme McKaskill

Principal Consultant

Jereme is a project manager specialising on schemes that improve cyclist and and pedestrian permeability, in line with client and stakeholder needs. Much of this is for cycling and road safety improvements. Raised in the antipodes, he now enjoys the friendliness and variety that comes with living on a canal boat.

Jerome Pilley

Parking Consultant

Jerome is an order-maker, drafting and processing a variety of Orders and Notices. He has ten years’ experience working in a variety of roles with particular experience in the area of parking appeals, including managing a judicial review case at the High Court. Outside work Jerome regularly plays cricket and supports Southampton FC.

Jessica Cecchinelli

Traffic Modeller

The role of Jessica is to support the development and use of micro- and macro- simulation transport models and carrying out analyses and evaluations, in order to deliver a wide variety of outputs to inform transport projects.

In her spare time, Jessica likes travelling and especially enjoying the sun on the beach. She loves sports in particular volleyball and spinning.

Katerina Kossyvaki


Katerina got her undergraduate degree at the Department of Civil Engineering & Infrastructure at the Technological Educational Institution of Athens, Greece and then did her Masters in Civil Engineering at the University of Dundee, Scotland. She is now working for the Public Realm Team.

Kevin Donnelly

Regional Director

Kevin is a highly experienced engineer experieince inf leading major projects and contract management. Kevin joined Project Centre in 2012 and has regional responsibility for business performance, client relationships and growth.

Khem Paudel

Structural Engineer

Khem has more than 18 years experience in highway design, bridge and structure inspection and implementation.
Khem has worked for Project Centre since February 2016 and previously worked for Kier Services, Mouchel, Pinnacle Transportation and Rignway in different part of the UK.

Kristina Coxall


Kristina joined Project Centre in 2015 as part of their graduate scheme. She is in the DesignWorks Team and is hoping to complete her ILP Exterior Lighting Diploma this year. Kristina is a graduate member of the CIHT, part of the CIHT Young Professionals Committee and a student member of the ILP.

She enjoys playing netball, climbing, travelling and loves tiramisu.

Liam Cowley


Liam graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Mathematics and landed a graduate job at PCL. He’s now in the Traffic Team, focussing on Modelling.
He’d like you to think that he’s active, but this is not the truth! He really enjoys gaming at an extremely nerdy level and being the family IT guy.
(He also really loves his dog)

Lidia Pavon

Traffic Engineer

Lidia works on developing traffic schemes, including road safety and sustainable transport, particularly walking and cycling. She also carries out accident and survey analysis.
Lidia is from Spain, living in London since 2014. She loves to explore London and discover hidden places.

Elise Lim

Assistant Town Planner

Elise is passionate about improving places by converting data into visual information for reports, maps and plans. Elise is Australian and spent a year in Japan before moving to London. Elise loves to exploring cities, meeting friends for brunch, reading Manga and learning new skills.

Lukasz Longsz

Graduate Consultant

Lukasz is a graduate consultant currently working with the parking team. Before joining Project Centre Lukasz worked for the hugely successful Mini Holland scheme at London Borough of Waltham Forest and for the world’s premier travel and map bookshop in Covent Garden. When he’s not working he’s probably jogging, studying Spanish, or baking sourdough bread.

Matthew Bush

Graduate Consultant

Matt is a Graduate Consultant at Project Centre since 2016. Matt is interested in transport planning, traffic design and the environment. Outside of work he enjoys listening to live music and will go to anything from a small stuffy gig hall to a festival abroad in the sun.

Mario Inacio

Graduate Engineer

Since joining Project Centre Limited Mario has been working on Highway and public realm projects. Having also worked on bridge inspection projects he has gained the knowledge, skills required and dynamism necessary to provide a quality service to our clients.

In his spare time Mario likes to visit his family, prepare training sessions for a local football team where he has been a member of the management team for the past decade.

Mark Chiverrell

Technical Director

As Technical Director of Engineering I enjoy championing the delivery of infrastructure projects for today and tomorrow. Understanding is much deeper than knowledge and I always encourage the status quo to be challenged by the team. I am a keen cyclist and always looking for the next challenge both on and off the saddle.

Martina Gabrielli

Parking Consultant

Martina works with us 2 days a week as a Parking Consultant, the rest of the week she is at Waltham Forest Council working as a Traffic Consultant and Assistant Project Manager.
Martina loves to meet up with friends, watch football at her local pub and learning new things. She enjoys cooking and more than anything else, trying new food.

Michael Green

Assistant Flood Risk Consultant

By day, Michael advises clients on how to manage water sustainably, from compliance with planning regulations to developing hydraulic models to predict where and when communities are at risk of flooding. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, exploring the countryside and identifying wild plants and fungi.

Michelle Loosley

Bid Manager

Michelle is an integral part our bid winning process. She provides high quality bid response documentation and manages the entire bid process from receipt of documentation through to final response, in a timely manner. Michelle is also very family focused and enjoys spending quality time with her young family.

Mohammed Ilyas

Project Manager

Mohammed is a highly experienced construction Projects and Design Manager and Consultant, with 21 years’ experience he has gained significant and diverse expertise. He is a Chartered Engineer with a masters degree from Loughborough University in Construction Project Management. Currently he is interacting with various social networks for improving quality of education in underdeveloped countries and playing football over the weekends.

Nabin Singh Pradhan

Parking Technician

Nabin joined Project Centre in 2005, initially working as site surveyor, he later joined the Parking Team as a Parking Technician and has since been involved in various parking projects including feasibility studies, scheme design and public consultations.

In his spare time Nabin enjoys cooking, going to the gym and watching football.

Sally Irving

Assistant Engagement Consultant

Sally joined Project Centre in October 2017 and works with colleagues throughout the company on consultations and communications. Outside of work Sally is an avid reader who skis when she can and loves being in the city and countryside equally.

Simon Lowen

Parking Consultant

Simon is currently working out of Watford Borough Council assisting with a variety of the client’s parking related schemes. This is on a part-time basis whilst completing his Masters course in Quantity Surveying. Outside of work Simon enjoys playing Hockey and is currently training for a triathlon.

Hardeep Dhand (Sonny)

Senior Engineer

Hardeep known to most as Sonny joined Project Centre in 2015 from a Local Authority background.
He is a passionate problem solver that loves finding a solution to those impossible situations.
He enjoys cooking, nerdy tech toys and building things out of scraps of other things.

Joao Toscano

Principal Landscape Architect

Joao’s job is to create beautiful places that will perform well and last, ensuring that communities feel the impact of thoughtful design and placemaking in their quality of life. In his spare time Joao loves to do sports and to travel.


Stefano Scarano

Landscape Architect

Stefano works on the connections between urban spaces, public history and identity. His goal is to design spaces that local communities will recognise and care for as their own.

He’s also been (at times still is) a novel writer, a dreamer and a clown Doctor visiting sick children in Naples’s Hospitals.

Michael Davies

Senior Traffic and Parking Engineer

Michael’s job is to provide practical and effective transport solutions to address issues on the highway network. Having recently moved relocated from New Zealand, Michael is looking forward to travelling within the UK and abroad to fully experience Europe. In his spare time Michael enjoys playing basketball and watching American football.


Callie Connelly

Trainee Technician

Callie is a Trainee Technician at Project Centre. He started straight after A-levels at 18 and currently goes to Westminster College once a week to study for his HNC in Civil Engineering.  Outside of work Callie likes to participate in most sports, especially football which he’s been playing since age seven and has also been coach for three years.


Chris Harrison

Associate Director

Chris is responsible for Project Centre’s traffic schemes and ensures they all run to time, budget and are of high quality. He is an Engineer at heart with a strong background in cycling schemes, road safety and transport planning. Outside of work Chris is currently learning Italian, he enjoys running, football and eating cake!


David Moores

Technical Director

David Moores has been a part of Project Centre for 20 years and been behind the development of Project Centre as an award winning Streetscape design practice. As a Landscape Architect he is passionate about design of the public realm and ‘Place Making’ in towns and cities.

Lucinda Jasper

HR & Business Support Manager

Lucinda has worked for Project Centre since 2015. She has recently completed her masters in HR (and has the grey hairs to prove it). She has a strong dislike for Spiders and mushrooms but loves to horse ride. In her spare time she is easily peer pressured by her family into dressing up in ridiculous outfits just to please younger relatives.


Christopher Goodwin

Graduate Consultant

Christopher has a background in geography, cryosphere and climate science along with, more recently, urban design and planning.
Outside of work Christopher enjoys reading about history, architecture and the environment along with playing tennis and walking.

Keith Hanshaw

Managing Director

Keith joined Project Centre in 2015 and has led the company through its most successful period of growth and transformation. Keith was previously Director of Public Realm at Waltham Forest and has over 25 years local authority experience.

Allan Evans

Senior Traffic Engineer

Allan works in the Slough office and loves everything traffic signal related. When he’s not designing signal layouts, or modelling them, or writing specifications for them, he also works on junction design, traffic analysis and generally trying to make the roads a happier and safer place. He likes to fill his spare time finding new adventures with his family and friends.

Christian Constantinides

Associate Director

Christian is Associate Director for our Parking team. With over 13 years experience in parking design, policy and project management he is passionate about driving change and innovation through technology. He makes time for everyone and is an advocate for training and developing junior staff. Outside of work Christian enjoys keeping fit, travelling, spending precious time with his children and entertaining with his unforgettable BBQs.

Ruby Dog

Ruby’s a 4 year old border collie and her greatest passion in life is herding, whether that be sheep, deer or small children she loves to round things up.

Ruby joined Project Centre two years ago and since starting has helped to herd the company in the right direction. When she’s not in the office she’s enjoying an ice-cream or a drive in her car.


Carl McMahon

Senior Engineer

Carl joined Project Centre two years ago after successfully completing a Masters programme. When he’s not busy designing road safety schemes that benefit all road users, he pursues his passion for live music and has travelled throughout Europe and North America in pursuit of his favourite musical groups.


Amelia Hartnett

HR & Business Support Coordinator

Amelia joined Project Centre in 2016 as the HR & Business support coordinator. Since joining Project Centre she has been involved with an office relocation and organised the best Christmas party on company record. She enjoys keeping fit, travelling, James Corden’s carpools but most of all good food!

Carlos da Rocha

Principal Traffic Engineer

Carlos joined Project Centre following rewarding roles in local government, contractors and at highways consultancies. He enjoys interacting with clients, delivering projects through team work, mentoring and encouraging new and experienced engineers within the Traffic engineering team. Carlos likes to cycle for leisure and travel, particularly to off-the-beaten-track locations for an authentic local experience.

Carryck Wise

Senior Consultant

Carryck is a Parking team Senior Consultant from South Africa, he studied Cartography and GIS. After moving to London and receiving numerous parking tickets, he’s been determined to bring about change to the industry! Carryck pushes for new ways to introduce maps and GIS into the industry as the best way to display information. Carryck enjoys time with friends, sports, new foods and places. He even throws a few shapes on the dance floor from time to time!

Naomi Barnes

Principal Traffic Engineer

Naomi is a Principal Traffic and Road Safety Engineer in the Slough office trying to make the roads a little bit safer for all. In her spare time she is doing up her canal boat, playing with her cats and once a year being bouncy Tigger at the World Pooh Stick Championships’.

Nichola Mansfield

Engagement Consultant

Nichola’s job is to get people talking and listening to each other, ensuring that communities feel involved in decisions being made in their local area. In her spare time Nichola loves to travel and has visited all seven continents. She is also a Mental Health Ambassador for Healthwatch Essex.

Oliver Emary

Urban Designer

Oliver straddles the fields of engineering and creative design. He works within the public realm team delivering projects from concept through to construction.

A serial country hopper Oliver was born in New Zealand, grew up in Australia, worked in Malaysia and now finds himself in the UK.

A lover of the exercise and the outdoors, a pint on a Friday and a good laugh.

Sam Neal

Associate Director

Sam is Associate Director for Project Centre’s DesignWorks team. With over 13 years experience in town centre regeneration and project management Sam is passionate about making spaces unique and individual through creative art interventions, ensuring there is community buy-in for schemes thereby making them long-lasting and much loved. Outside of work Sam enjoys camping, yoga and solving work challenges whilst running through Epping Forest.


Andre Diniz

Senior Engineer

André joined Project Centre in 2013 and has specialised in delivering detailed design stages as part of the engineering team. As background he is a Civil Engineer and has previously worked in both private and public sector. In his free time André does long runs to keep his body and mind sane.

Paul Adams

Business and Commercial Director

Developing and managing new business opportunities is a key part of Paul’s role, as well as managing some of our key accounts. Paul has worked at Project Centre since 2012 and has gained a great deal of satisfaction in helping to bring in new work and develop successful client relationships.

Paul Chandler

Technical Director Transportation

Paul has been working in transportation for three decades. He manages our transportation service and provides technical services for our clients, which is what he loves most. He’s committed to bringing young talent into the company, and to ensuring that the old talent keeps learning and delivering quality work, including himself.

Peter Blake

Principal Traffic Engineer

Peter has been with Project Centre since 1992 involved in the development of traffic management proposals to improve road safety for all road users.

In his spare time Peter does voluntary work through All Souls Church with homeless people in Central London and is a member of a Rotary Club supporting local charities.

Richard Plant

Senior Parking Consultant

Richard has worked in parking related roles for 12 years and has a wealth of knowledge from the design and implementation of parking schemes, consultation engagement, parking demand studies and forecasting parking demand. Richard is project managing a number of varied projects both in and out of London. When not at work Richard occasionally DJs, attempts fishing and loves spending long weekends camping with family and friends.

Antony Billett

CAD Manager

Anthony has 21 years experience working with CAD software with a number of councils and consultants. Outside of work his passion is boxing and is a boxing coach at Croydon ABC, were he also conducts Ladies Boxing Boot Camp Class every Sunday. Also a music lover, his favourite genres is Reggae, House, Neo-Soul, and Gospel.

Peng Zhao

Associate Director

Peng is a multi-lingual, commercially astute, Chartered Engineer and PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager with more than 15 years’ design and management experience.

Peng is an intuitive communicator, able to engage and strengthen relations with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. He also leads by example, brings enthusiasm, hardworking attitude, and trust to the team and clients.

Peng’s hobbies are travelling, football and movies.

Samuel Kwame Asare

Transport Engineer

Sam joined Project Centre in 2015 and tries to concentrate his efforts on delivering traffic modelling projects. On a good day he’s the life and soul of the traffic modelling team, infesting colleagues with his wittiness and can do attitude.

The self acclaimed “Sam the Man” enjoys watching football, Formula One, boxing and athletics. He likes to believe he’s a fitness fanatic but doesn’t commit to healthy eating.

Scott Lester

Regional Director - East

Scott has been working in civil engineering for 25 years and with Project Centre since 2016. Where have the years gone? It is very rewarding & refreshing working for an SME – you know everyone. Scott also has a pilots licence and love flying around the UK.

Sookyoung Im

Landscape Architect

Sook studied MA Landscape Architecture, then gained experience in high-end landscape and garden design companies, developing her landscape planting knowledge. Here, Sook quickly became a key member of DesignWorks on public realm design schemes. She’s involved in all design stages, from concept to detailed design and implementation. She is passionate about developing sustainable approaches and actively engaging local communities. She enjoys catching up with friends and loved ones, visiting well-designed gardens and taking a bath!

Tom Narborough

Trainee Engineer

Tom is a Trainee Engineer at Project Centre and have worked here since leaving school in 2016. Tom goes to the City of Westminster College to learn Civil Engineering and is keen to pursue this further. Outside of work he enjoys competing in sports, especially rugby and have played for 12 years.

Tracey McGovern

Principal Engineer

Tracey joined Project Centre in 2012 and works within the Engineering team. Tracey is a Chartered Engineer and studied Civil Engineering at Southampton University. She enjoys all things Netflix and loves trips away in her 1979 VW campervan, Francesca from San Francisco.


Asim Iqbal

Assistant Structural Engineer

Asim carries out structural designs and prepares information for construction.
In his spare time Asim likes to travel, enjoys fishing and charity work.


Avisha Patel

GIS Consultant

Avi joined Project Centre in 2014 and works as a GIS Consultant within the Parking Team. She uses spatial analysis software to visually represent data and has also written Electric Vehicle strategies for local authorities. Avi hopes to complete her APM Project management qualification this year.

She enjoys travelling and loves David Attenborough documentaries, maps, whales and cheese.


Ben Meekings

Associate Director

Ben joined in 2007 and leads the transport and development planning team.
Living and working in Brighton and Hove he practices sustainable transport and can be found on a bike in the South Downs or paddle boarding in the sea in his spare time.


Ben Hodges

Project Accountant

As a project accountant Ben has quickly learnt how to keep his head above water. Sailing from a young age, when he is not drowning in accounts, you’ll find him at the coast for the weekend!

He instantly rose to fame in the office, when he introduced the notorious, weekly timesheet meme.
Be a hero, be on time.


Brice Pion-Roux

Structural Engineer

Brice Pion-Roux is a French citizen. He has worked as a bridge/structural engineer in France for 7 years before coming in the UK in 2015 in order to discover another country and has worked for nearly 2 years in London also as a bridge/structural engineer. He loves bicycling, hiking in the mountains and French and Italian cuisine.

Daniel Hanshaw

Principal Parking Consultant

Dan has worked at Project Centre since 2010 and has expertise covering the full range of Parking Services including design, consultation, traffic orders and GIS. Dan also leads on client relationships and socialising.

Daniel McCrory

Parking Consultatnt

Dan has been at Project Centre since 2014. Currently working as a Parking Consultant he is responsible for managing projects for various local authorities including Electric Vehicle Infrastructure and Strategy development for LB Hammersmith and Fulham and Miscellaneous Parking Strategy Works for Watford Borough Council.

Dan recently got married and brought a house; so as well as travelling and watching rugby his interests now include gardening and DIY.


Amrit Virdee

CAD Technician

Amrit joined Project Centre in 2016 and is interested in fitness and nutrition and likes to go to the gym, though her biggest weakness is Pizza. She loves to spend time with her family and enjoys bingeing on TV box sets. Amrit is also interested in fashion, travelling to new places and learning about different cultures.
